Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for lateral transfer as per BCSR 2023, clauses 13.6.6 and 4.3.7.8. However, as per the decision of the 9th HRC meeting held on 5th May 2026, in-service planning officers are not eligible for the above post.
