Sensitization on Civil Service Reform:

The civil servants of Lhuentse Dzongkhag attended a half day sensitization session on Civil Service Reform. The session conducted in hybrid mode (some civil servants attending in person while those working in schools, RNR centers and Gewog administration virtually) was chaired by Hon’ble Commissioner of RCSC, Dasho Tshering Yangdon.The sensitization meeting in addition to underscoring the objectives of the reform, also highlighted key outcomes of the reform initiatives viz. Leadership Enhanced, Governance Systems Strengthened, Dynamic Civil Servants Built and Robust Structure Instituted.
