Khamphu is one of five Phu (Meditation Cave) associated with the visit of Guru Rinpoche. People of the locality believed that Guru Rinpoche blessed the site and hid many sacred relics underneath the rock.

One would find many neys blessed by Guru Rinpohe & Terton Pema Lingpa around the Lhakhang. One of which is wish fulfilling “Dorji”. The couple who is not blessed with child could visit Khamphu to pray, receive blessing and to have answer your prayer surprisingly in a year or two.

Lhakhang/Ney is located half an hour walk from the nearest road point.
