Parents' details correction in database, upon receiving authentication letter from the concerned authourity as per SOP.

Verify and endorse Name change/DoB correction for further action from Department as per SOP.

Process new/replacement and lost citizenship identity cards.

Verify and compile double census cases submitted by applicants, for further submission to Department.
