RIGSS has started a 3-day leadership programme for public servants of Lhuentse Dzongkhag today. About 300 public servants will take part in the training that will be held in two consecutive batches. The training covers modules on leadership and followership, emotional intelligence and mindfulness, communication skills, professionalism and mindset, organisational culture and AI. The programme is organised in collaboration with the Lhuentse Dzongkhag Adminstration and being held at the Lhuentse Higher Secondary School. 

After Lhuentse, the team will then go to conduct the programme in Mongar Dzongkhag where over 400 public servants have signed up for the training.
